There is some advice that a Lawyer won't give you, so that means that we need to learn some Law.

Lawyers know a lot of things that they won't tell you at all, and they know other things that they will tell you  when it's already too late, but when you are trying to do some prevention or plan ahead a Lawyer may not be very helpful.
