The most basic kind is by Talking. It can be soft for only one listener. It can be loud for a lot of listeners. It can be sent over a wire or by radio. It can be recorded, but the most basic is Talking without the wire or the electronics. At that level the message goes away at the moment that the sound fades.
I've heard that anything that isn't documented never happened and doesn't exist.
At a higher level there is written communication. Written communication is more durable depending on how well the document is protected and how many copies are made, and Electronics can make it propagate fast.
The concept of In Context and Out Of Context gets really Complicated, and that discussion can take a while.
If a conversation takes a very long time and is in sessions separated by hours or days or weeks before the whole collection of dialogue reaches the conclusion how would anyone be sure that a particular session was part of the same conversation as certain other sessions? It may not be part of the same conversation about the same subject.
These blogs are collections of sessions in a lot of different conversations on a lot of different topics since they aren't all about the same specific issue.
A lot of confusion could be caused if we don't know which conversation a particular statement belongs in.
A man was at home with a some friends about to have a party, and just as he was about to call and order Pizza the home was invaded by a gang of thugs, so he dialed the phone number 911-2596 (thinking quickly), and when the 911 Operator answered and asked what the emergency is he just stated "Yes Domino's I'm having a party and have a lot of hungry people in my living room, so I need 10 of your biggest Pizzas that ablolutely must be hot when they come through the door".
The next scene depends on whether it was a smart 911 Operator or a Stupid 911 Operator.
