Is this a good thing, what does it really mean and where is it going?

If you use Google's G-mail have you notice that if you talk about Mexican food there will be a link to something to do with Mexican food pop up in column on to the right of your message. The same goes for any topic you choose a link to something on that topic will show up.

This is done using the same technology the NSA uses in their Echelon project that does the same thing only on all non encrypted internet communications, and is similar to the technology the FBI, & DEA uses in their project Carnivore.

These systems seek key words and when detected they record the conversation and track all of the locations involved.

In the case of Google they know who and where you are already and they have a massive bank of links paid for by the providers of the links.
Some people believe this is a service while others find it intrusive and ominous.

What if there is a file on you being created on all of the topics you discuss?

Combine this technology with RFID and you have the ability to direct specific advertising directly to someone. Imagine you are walking down the street and you pass an RFID reader. It triggers a program that reads your file and chooses a set of advertisements and in the blink of an eye on a large screen advertisements pop up and a voice greets you by name and recommends several it's you might wish to purchase.

As this is happening the system has already done the same for someone not far behind you.

By the way it will also obviously track your every move.

Next The RFID system will also contain your medical records and every purchase you make..

Now imagine you are at a store and wish too purchase a 12 pack of you favorite beer because you had a BBQ yesterday and all beer was consumed.  As you come to the check out and place your beer on the counter you are told that you just purchased beer yesterday and may not make another purchase for X number of days.

Now imagine you want to purchase a box of Twinkies but you're slightly over weight and as you step up to the check out stand you are told you may not buy the Twinkies until you lose X number of pounds. Or you're a Diabetic and want Twinkies same thing happens and you are denied the purchase.

Is this far fetched? You say this can't happen. You are in charge of your own life and decisions.

Guess again! Today Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the Liberals in Washington have decided you are not smart enough to do your own thinking or figure out what you need. The Nanny state will do all your thinking for you. They are doing that with the Health Care Reform plan that has more to do with control and the destruction of the economy than anything else. Add to it Cap and trade and you begin to see the edge of disperation is near and you are about to be told everything you can and can't do from cradle to grave, because you are stupid and your children are being indoctrinated to believe such things as Global warming is a real threat even as evidence is mounting showing it has been a HOAX from the outset.

This has been said by someone else here before but know this fact. If you use text messaging on your cell phone and delete your messages THEY ARE NOT DELTED. You can't recall them but they are still at the ISP location for ever. The same is true of all of your e-mail.

The list of problems and the evidence is mounting that Obama is putting in play a system of controls that could lead to a totalitarian dictatorship and the complete abolition of our Constitution.

Are ready to bow down to Obama?

Some of this is at work already and if you blink the rest may come into play soon.

A while back I wrote an article on this website called "When Government & Google Take Over Your Bathroom" and it mentions a few things about invasion of privacy and intrusiveness.

Google spies on its users without it costing the user any money. The loss of privacy annoys me, and all of the targetted advertisements annoy me, but other businesses charge for their use and their services while they also spy on their users and flood those users with advertising. If I have Cable Television I have to pay monthly subscription fees, but even though I'm pay for Cable Television it's likely that the Cable Company is keeping up with the channels that I watch and when I'm watching. I also still have to be annoyed by the same Comercials that show on free television plus all of the hours and hours of programming that is Infomercials only. It seems more reasonable for me if they would cut out the comercials when I'm paying such high cable bills. The Internet Service Providers also spy on us while we are paying them to provide Internet Service. We don't have to pay Google to spy on us, but we do have to pay everybody else to spy on us and sell our personal secrets and information.

I use Google a lot for doing searches, and I also have Gmail that I've been using as my primary E-Mail Address for the past 6 months. It also contains hundreds of old e-mail that I had forwarded to it from my other e-mail addres so they wouldn't be lost in the event of a computer crash. I've known all along that Google saves all information forever and that Google uses equipment that spied on your every move, and that does annoy me, but I like the fact that my e-mail is not likely to be lost, and I like the free access. Google provides free access in exchange for your loss of privacy, and Google puts Advertisements into your e-mail and on the search pages, but it is all at No Cost.

Government hooking up with Google is a problem, and especially it's a problem when the Government is being run by Obama Biden Reid & Pelosi and all of the Shady Characters who they all associate with.
