CyberSecurity Act appears to be stalled. There is one piece of legislation to amend the USA Patriot  Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 - HR 3845 – National Security Letter Reform Act of 2009 that has a provisions authorizing roving electronic surveillance –  This is something that I believe should concern everyone.
